Need help ordering online?

You may call us toll free 1-888-528-2911 between the hours of 6:00 am to 5:00 pm PST Monday - Thursday and 6:00 am to 3:00 pm  PST on Friday and we can assist you, or take your order by telephone. All items on our web site are in stock unless indicated otherwise. Most items will ship the same day if ordered before 1:00 pm pacific time; otherwise they will ship the next business day.

Our Preferred Shippers

We proudly offer standard ground and air shipments via Federal Express and FedEx Ground services primarily. However, we may opt to use UPS or U.S. Priority Mail if we feel you will receive better service or you will receive your package sooner. You may request any of these carriers when placing your order by phone if you prefer.

We accept all major credit cards, money orders, and cashier's checks. Our web site uses the latest in Internet order taking systems through Yahoo! Stores. Your customer information and credit card number are read by a secure system with the latest encryption technology. Order with peace of mind from our secure web commerce site. No one will be able to obtain your personal information and credit card number who isn't authorized to.

Order Fulfillment

Important Note! For Express Orders - All Orders Must Be Placed By 11:00 AM PST In Order For Your Parcel To Arrive On Time.

Most orders are processed and are shipped within 24 hours or the next business day. All express orders must be placed by 2:00 PM PST if it is to arrive on time. If an item is not in stock, it will be shipped within 48 hours directly from our supplier if they have it in stock. If you order an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you right away to let you know.

Deliveries inside the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

All deliveries via standard ground service FREE of charge unless stated otherwise.  

Express Orders

If you need your order to arrive faster, you may choose Federal Express 3 Day, 2 Day Air, or Next Day Air. When ordering online you can choose any of these methods from the shipping methods menu. Additional shipping costs will be added to the item(s) price when your order is processed.

Shipping is FREE for all ground shipments within the lower 48 states of the USA. For all other options a shipping fee will be added. Important: Between November 15th and April 15, there is no guarantee that your express packages will arrive on time due to weather related problems or conditions beyond our control. We cannot issue a credit for shipping charges in these cases. This policy applies for Federal Express 3 Day, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air.  

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories:

Shipments to these destinations require 2 Day Air or Next Day Air. Priority Mail may be requested by calling our customer service center at 1-888-528-2911. Additional shipping costs will be added to the item(s) price when your order is processed. Sorry, no free shipping at this time. An additional fee will be added to your order for standard ground service to Alaska as our preferred shippers all charge additional fees exceeding 50% the normal ground rate. When placing your order by telephone or online, a customer service representative my call you to discuss the best and least expensive shipping option.

Shipping to destinations outside of the United States and its territories.

We regret that we're currently unable to ship to destinations outside the United States and its territories.
