Your order from us comes with a 30-day home trial money back guarantee, but if you use the machine in a commercial environment such as a cafe or restaurant, you are limited to a 14-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase (see next section).  However, in cases where you place an order for the wrong item or replacement part you will be refunded the original purchase price less our shipping costs to you.   We can only pay for return shipping if the item was damaged in transit, was defective, or was a different item than ordered. The item must be free of excessive damage (broken parts, excessive use, or excessive cosmetic damage). It must have all of the parts/accessories, manuals/videos, warranty card, and original item container (or retail display box).  

For a period of 30 days please keep your receipt, original shipping container, original item merchandise box , packing materials, and all original documents in case you must return the item you ordered for any reason. Please call our customer service number Toll free 1-888-528-2911 between the hours of 6:00 am to 5:00 pm PST Monday - Thursday and 6:00 am to 3:00 pm  PST on Friday for a Return Authorization number (RA number). All returns must have a return authorization number in order to be able to be processed.

If your order was shipped expedited (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, or USPS Priority Mail) at your request, we will not refund those shipping costs.  We can only pay for return shipping if the item was damaged in transit, was defective, or was a different item than ordered.  The item must be free of excessive damage (broken parts, excessive use, or excessive cosmetic damage).  It must have all of the parts/accessories, manuals/videos, warranty card, and original item container (or retail display box).  For a period of 30 days please keep your receipt, original shipping container, original item merchandise box, packing materials, and all original documents in case you must return the item you ordered for any reason.  

A return authorization number is required for all returns.

Please contact our customer service department toll free: 1-888-528-2911 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST Monday through Friday.  Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, so we will gladly accept returns 30 days from the date you receive the merchandise with proper return authorization from our customer service department. You will receive a prompt refund of the original purchase price less our original shipping cost to you assuming all return guidelines are properly adhered to.

To return merchandise, please repack all items in their original retail box and include all original accessories.  To protect the items during return shipping, please pack the retail box inside a shipping box with proper packing (newspaper, packing peanuts, etc.).  You may return the item by the courier of your choosing.


If you need us to arrange for return shipping services for non-damaged or defective items, we can have a courier come to your location and pick up the item.  A shipping fee will apply, however it is a convenient way to return items without having to pay “over the counter” prices at the post office or various shipping centers.  If you would like to arrange for pick up or to receive a pick up quote, please call our customer service center.

Damaged Merchandise

We make every attempt to package items to protect against damage.  If a parcel arrives to you, and it appears to be damaged (crushed, broken open, wet, or otherwise destroyed), please notify us immediately!  We will have the shipping company come to your address to inspect the parcel. Once we receive a confirmation that the parcel is damaged, we will be more than happy to send you a replacement item.  The damaged parcel will be taken away at our expense.
