The flat burrs in the Moka grinder are 55mm and are made of durable, cold forged steel with a very intricate and precise cutting pattern.  These burrs can give as much as a decade or more of service in the home, and are easily replaceable.

The Moka offers 25 degrees of grind fineness. Simply turn the bean hopper to make adjustments from fine to coarse.  This grinder is capable of grinding fine enough for Turkish coffee (the most demanding grind you can get - almost the consistency of icing sugar) and coarse enough for French Press coffee.

The Pasquini Moka uses a dosing chamber that is adjustable - by turning the dosage adjustment in the middle of the chamber, you can change the machine's output from 6 up to 9 grams of coffee per click of the sturdy dosing lever (contingent on the dosing chamber being full of ground coffee).  The entire dosing chamber and its components are well designed and built.

Convenience! The Moka includes a tamper built right into the front of the machine, and is a size that easily accommodates most espresso filter basket sizes.
