| Turbo Milk Frothing Tip | Thanks to the power of the Gaggia's heating elements and boiler, the Classic's ability to produce massive amounts of steam has been well documented online. The frothing tip is actually a sleeve that slips onto the end of the steam wand. It has an air induction hole that draws air into the sleeve while frothing milk. The air is injected into the milk to help produce foam quickly and easily. You may also remove the sleeve if you wish to heat the milk without producing as much foam. The steam wand is made of stainless steel and swivels to accommodate a 12 or 20 oz. milk-frothing pitcher. To release steam from the machine, simply turn the steam control knob on the right side of the machine. |
