Gaggia Baby Twin, $699

The Baby Twin machine from Gaggia is the first semi-automatic machine to have a rapid steam feature. The boiler is stainless steel lined with 2 heating elements to allow the user to steam and froth within seconds of each other. If you love to entertain, and like to control all of the variables in your drink making process, this machine was made for you.

The Baby Twin has a commercial-style brew group, a stainless steel Turbo Frother for simple steaming and frothing, and features an easy-to-use touch ring control panel with programmable brewing buttons. The housing is a brushed stainless steel with an easy to access water reservoir that is now positioned on the back of the machine. It also has a removable drip tray so cleanup is always easy.
