Perfectly balanced for beauty and practicality, the S7 Avantgarde is a luxury super automatic. Not only does the S7 have striking chrome accents and a stainless steel frothing wand, it also comes with Capresso’s auto frothing system, the frothXpress.  

Making my favorite milk drinks with the S7 is fast and easy, with a thermoblock boiler and an adjustable dial to let me customize my drink as it pours.  The top-mounted dial is a nice addition to high end Jura Capresso machines such as this model, giving me access to my brew settings whenever I want.  In addition to the dial, the S7 has fully programmable brew buttons and a smart LCD screen to guide me through volume settings, strength adjustment and cleaning prompts.  With 4 different brewing buttons, it’s no trouble to set up the S7 for a variety of different drinks.

Most of all, the S7 Avantgarde makes great espresso.  Brewing a shot is quiet and fast, with the all of the machine’s components well concealed inside of the machine’s housing.  The internal conical burr grinder works quickly to start the brewing process, which takes only 50 seconds to make 16 oz of coffee.  A range of great features, including all of the great programming options you get with other high-end Jura Capresso machines, make the S7 Avantgarde one of my favorite picks.
